About the role
- Managing multiple, interrelated projects
- Organizing project teams and assigning individual responsibilities
- Developing project schedules
- Determining resource requirements
- Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing
- Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards
- Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
- Integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables
- Coordinating and steering launches of new production lines or SKUs within the manufacturing plant
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any related field
- 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing environment OR at least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment without degree
- Managing projects within a manufacturing environment or industrial setting, coordinating launches for new production equipment
