About the role
- Responsibility for the smooth operation of all building services and technical systems
- Management of external service providers and ensuring compliance with legal standards
- Participation in investment decisions and driving digitalization in facility management
- Supporting other sites with projects, audits and system implementations
- Ensuring the proper operation of all technical building systems
- Coordination and supervision of FM contractors and specialist companies
- Preparation, planning and monitoring of Opex and Capex budgets
- Analysis of energy consumption and implementation of efficiency measures
- Maintenance and updating of all relevant FM data in CAFM systems
- Compliance with all legal requirements in fire protection and environmental protection
- Support for additional German sites with projects and audits
Requirements
- Completed training as a technician, master craftsman, or an equivalent technical qualification
- Proven professional experience in facility management or a comparable technical role
- Solid knowledge of technical building operations and best practices in facility administration
- Basic knowledge of accounting, budget planning and financial decision-making processes
- Experience with CAFM systems and digital tools in facility management is an advantage
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
