About the role
- Drive the digital future of HR at MANN+HUMMEL
- Shape how candidates and new employees experience the company from day one
- Act as Product Owner for digital HR solutions in Recruiting, Onboarding, and additional HR tools within scope of responsibility
- Lead global implementation and rollout projects, including vendor selection and coordination of external partners
- Ensure a structured change and demand management process to continuously optimize and simplify HR processes supported by technology
- Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog
- Develop and deliver end-user training in collaboration with the Communications team
- Drive the integration of AI-powered HR solutions
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, global stakeholders, and external service providers to design a modern, scalable HR system landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Three to five years of experience in a consulting-related role within a multinational environment
- Experience with Recruiting and Onboarding implementations and a solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes
- Strong knowledge of project and transformation management
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle
- Foundational HR expertise
- High IT affinity; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (very good English; German language skills are highly desirable)
