- Overseeing human resources employment issues, such as hiring and termination processes
- Analysing personnel records maintenance, such as job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accrual records and details of illness
- Developing statistical reporting, such as employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, employee turnover and external agencies
