About the role
- Margin and profitability management.
- Focus on market movements and trends within the industrial segment.
- Create and maintain the Market Roadmap.
- Build and maintain close relationships with clients.
- Manage client KPIs (Delivery / Quality / Cost).
- Commercial negotiation – RFQ, offer analysis and contracts.
- Establish an individual target agreement.
- Participate in local and global project team meetings.
- Participate in Innovation Day (technical, sustainability, and social initiatives) with key clients.
Requirements
- Knowledge of liquid and hydraulic filtration products is considered essential.
- Availability to travel;
- Experience in client management;
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering;
- Fluent English (preferred).
