About the role
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes and support employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Proactively recruit talent for salary positions using various channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and present top candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage applicant tracking system and compile recruitment reports.
- Develop and implement communication and social media strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume manufacturing environment (Automotive industry preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office products and various Applicant Tracking Systems (SAP Success Factors a plus)
- Ability to deal with ambiguity within a fast-paced changing environment.
- Excellent relationship building skills and aptitude for networking.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, communication, and planning skills.
- Strong attention to detail and competent levels of accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately while remaining adaptable and flexible.
