About the role
- Participate in the operations and maintenance of enterprise network and security infrastructure.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure networking concepts.
- Perform installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of network and firewall devices.
- Execute patching, hotfixes, OS upgrades.
- Conduct regular network security checks and vulnerability assessments.
- Support incident management, including troubleshooting and escalation to L3 teams.
- Take ownership of incident tickets and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
Requirements
- Diploma / Graduation or B.E from reputed University or Institute.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in networking, enterprise routing, network security, with basic exposure to Azure cloud networking.
- Added advantage to know German language.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Taking ownership for Incident tickets and resolve within SLA.
- Knowledge of ITIL disciplines such as Incident, Problem and Change Management.

- Conduct regular network security checks, vulnerability assessments, and follow security best practices.
- Support incident management, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and escalation to L3 / cross-functional teams when required.
- Take end-to-end ownership of incident tickets and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
- Follow industry best practices, operational procedures, and company security policies.
- Willingness to work across cross-functional platforms, supporting network, security, cloud, and related infrastructure technologies.
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 operational environment, including rotational shifts.
