About the role
- Assisting with day-to-day client account activities and coordination.
- Supporting the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Communicating with clients to address basic inquiries and follow-ups.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and helping to implement solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Maintaining detailed records of account activity and performance.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience in account management, account coordination, or client support roles
- Experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Background in a B2B environment is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills to support multiple accounts efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email and phone)
- Ability to manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and tracking abilities
- Ability to identify upselling opportunities and proactively recommend solutions
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns professionally
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and account management teams
