About the role

  • Assisting with day-to-day client account activities and coordination.

Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in account management, account coordination, or client support roles
  • Experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Background in a B2B environment is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to support multiple accounts efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email and phone)
  • Ability to manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and tracking abilities
  • Ability to identify upselling opportunities and proactively recommend solutions
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns professionally
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and account management teams
