About the role
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to achieve performance goals
- Develop and test ad creatives, copies, and formats in collaboration with creative teams
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations
- Conduct A/B testing to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency
- Set up and maintain tracking, pixels, and conversion events
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of paid media metrics and performance optimization
- Experience with audience targeting, remarketing, and lookalike audiences
- Working knowledge of analytics and tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
