About the role

  • Serve as the chief architect and executor of the company’s future technology environment
  • Assess the current IT stack and drive modernization of platforms
  • Own the full lifecycle of core systems, from strategic analysis to project leadership
  • Lead implementation of modern communication and workflow tools
  • Work closely with the CMO to optimize lead flow processes
  • Oversee data capture accuracy and conversion rates
  • Partner with leadership for thorough system analysis and roadmap definition
  • Ensure project alignment with business objectives and financial goals
  • Manage and mentor internal technical team including a Business Analyst and Developers
  • Work on continuous improvement and automation initiatives
  • Ensure stability, security, and performance of applications supporting the workforce

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the IT/Software industry, with at least 3 years in a management role focused on IT strategy, managing developers, and leading complex system replacement projects
  • Proven experience leading the implementation of modern SaaS communication tools (e.g., similar to Front, Dialpad, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of the technology required for lead identification, capture, and routing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a technical team and use a Business Analyst effectively for project scoping
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Science, Engineering or related
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Prior experience with business telephony systems (VOIP)
