About the role

  • - Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  • - Profile leads, update CRM and organize calendars, run reports.
  • - Document and organize work notes.
  • - Schedules and attend meetings (record and write minutes of the meeting)
  • - Client files administration and communication.
  • - Research new strategies and other topics/ideas for the company.

Requirements

  • **Must-have Skills / Qualification:*
  • - Must have 2 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • - Extensive knowledge and experience with different office management software
  • - Responsible and very organized
  • - Excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
  • - Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • - Experience working with an international reporting line.
  • - Must be amenable to work on graveyard shift.
  • - Access to a reliable computer, internet connection, and power is a must.**
  • **Advantageous Skills:**
  • - Exposure or experience with sales is nice to have.**
