About the role
- End-to-end responsibility for our order management: from order intake and reconciliation to on-time delivery to the retail partner — you are the primary contact for everything related to B2B sales
- You ensure our master data is correct everywhere — in our own shop as well as with our retail partners dm and Rossmann. From product setup and portal submissions to resolving data-related queries, you are the central point of contact for all product data matters.
- Management of all operational B2B projects — from product rollouts and display activations to seasonal campaigns
- Tracking and analysis of inventory, delivery and POS data — you spot where things are working and where they aren’t
- Interface management between retail partners, logistics providers and internal departments — you make sure everyone pulls in the same direction
- Optimization and automation of retailer order management for efficient, error-free processing across all channels
- Coordination of internal teams and clear communication on project status, timelines and standards
Requirements
- Experience & industry knowledge: You have at least 3 years of experience in an operational role — ideally in FMCG or a similarly fast-paced industry — and you understand the full process from order to completed rollout at the retailer
- Language skills: You speak German at a native level — whether communicating with partners, suppliers or internally, you are clear and reliable
- Precision & process mindset: Deadlines, quantities, workflows — you keep an overview, work in a structured way and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Stakeholder management: You know how to communicate with internal teams, external partners and suppliers — managing expectations, clearly defining requirements and actively shaping relationships
- Hands-on attitude: You make decisions, take responsibility and get things moving — without waiting for someone else to take the first step.
