Compliance

• As our new Regulatory Affairs Manager (all genders), you will be the central point of contact for all regulatory and product-related compliance matters.
• You will ensure that our products, packaging, and communications comply with applicable legal requirements and support internal teams in implementing regulatory requirements efficiently and pragmatically.
• You will work closely with product development, sourcing, marketing, and external partners to ensure regulatory requirements are considered early on.
• Responsible for all regulatory processes and ensuring compliance with all relevant cosmetics law, product safety, trade, and environmental requirements.
• Ensure legally compliant product labeling and consistent, compliant communication across packaging, marketing materials, retail channels, and digital touchpoints.
• Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory, product safety, and compliance-related issues and provide sound recommendations for action.
• Manage and coordinate external partners such as regulatory consultancies, testing laboratories, and legal advisors.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate new requirements into concrete measures for product, retail, and marketing teams, supporting cross-functional teams across the entire product lifecycle—from product development through market launch.
