About the role
- End-to-end responsibility for our order management: from order intake through coordination to on-time delivery to retail partners — you are the primary point of contact for everything related to B2B sales
- Management of all operational B2B projects – from product rollouts and display activations to seasonal campaigns
- Tracking and analysis of inventory, delivery, and POS data – you identify what’s working and what isn’t
- Interface management between retail partners, logistics providers, and internal departments – you ensure everyone works toward the same goals
- Optimization and automation of retailer order management for efficient, error-free processing across all channels
- Coordination of internal teams and clear communication of project status, timelines, and standards
Requirements
- Experience & industry knowledge: You have at least 3 years of experience in an operational role — ideally in FMCG or a similarly fast-paced industry — and are familiar with the entire process from order placement to the final rollout at the retailer
- Language skills: You speak German at native level — whether liaising with partners, suppliers, or internal stakeholders, you communicate clearly and reliably
- Precision & process orientation: Deadlines, volumes, procedures — you keep an overview, work in a structured way, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Stakeholder management: You know how to communicate with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers — managing expectations, articulating requirements clearly, and actively shaping relationships
- Proactive mindset: You make decisions, take responsibility, and drive initiatives forward — rather than waiting for someone else to take the first step
