About the role
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and provide clear, confident explanations of Manifest’s services and process.
- Respond to questions in a way that feels calm, professional, and helpful — even when clients are anxious or unfamiliar with immigration terminology.
- Review inbound leads and intake submissions, evaluate case type and quality, and classify lead strength (e.g., strong / moderate / weak / unclear).
- Identify common red flags, missing information, or indicators of high potential (e.g., strong publications, awards, high-profile work, strong salary, press, critical roles).
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate attorney or next step in the workflow.
- Ensure lead data is complete, consistent, and entered correctly into systems.
- Maintain clean records and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Track high-priority inquiries and ensure timely responses.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in U.S. immigration as a paralegal, ideally with intake exposure.
- Familiarity with employment-based and business immigration case types, especially extraordinary ability style cases (EB-1A / O-1 / NIW).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You are crisp, warm, and confident on the phone and over email.
- Strong judgment and triage ability: you can quickly interpret a lead, assess strength, and decide the right next step.
- Meticulous organization: you are systems-driven, detail-oriented, and reliable in high-volume work.
- Ability to manage multiple prospective client threads simultaneously without losing accuracy or responsiveness.
- Comfort learning and using intake systems, CRMs, and case management tools.
- A proactive mindset: you spot gaps, create structure, and follow up without being asked.
