- Open doors and increase the effectiveness of Account Executives by operating as a seasoned peer.
- Partner with Maneva’s commercial team to engage multinational organizations at the executive level.
- Participate in high-level discovery conversations and private executive sessions.
- Use credibility and relationships to accelerate momentum in complex environments.
- Provide insight into internal politics, stakeholder alignment, and approval processes.
Requirements
- AVP- or VP-level experience within multinational manufacturing organizations or industrial SaaS companies.
- Experience operating at HQ, regional, or global levels with exposure across multiple plants or divisions.
- Broad operational or commercial exposure rather than narrow functional specialization.
- Strong professional network and reputation within enterprise manufacturing or industrial technology ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of how enterprise decisions are influenced, approved, and funded.
- Comfortable operating in early-stage, high-ambiguity environments.
- Trusted for judgment, experience, and pattern recognition rather than sales tactics.
- Willingness to travel extensively in support of enterprise engagements.
Benefits
- Shape the future of quality leadership by helping manufacturers move from reactive inspection to proactive, AI-driven risk prevention and yield optimization.
- Engage as a true peer to enterprise leaders, advising VPs, Heads of Quality, and executives with credibility—not as a traditional salesperson.
- Elevate quality’s role in AI adoption, ensuring trust, compliance, and quality outcomes remain central in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Deliver real-world impact without heavy infrastructure change, driving defect reduction, audit readiness, yield improvement, and risk mitigation.
- Influence product direction and go-to-market strategy by bringing the voice of enterprise quality leaders directly into roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with a world-class AI team, bridging advanced research with practical manufacturing execution.
- Operate with senior-level autonomy and visibility across Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership.
