About the role
- Own Maneva’s inbound demand generation strategy, execution, and performance.
- Design and run demand programs across channels including content, website, SEO, events, partnerships, and targeted campaigns.
- Optimize conversion across the funnel from first touch through sales-qualified leads.
- Partner closely with Sales to define lead qualification criteria, handoff processes, and feedback loops.
- Track and optimize inbound funnel metrics including traffic, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, and early CAC signals.
- Own growth tooling and analytics requirements, including marketing automation, attribution, and funnel reporting.
- Work with Operations and Sales to ensure accurate lead routing and data integrity.
- Run experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly to improve performance.
- Contribute to messaging and positioning that supports inbound conversion.
- Ensure inbound campaigns and content reflect a clear, consistent value proposition.
- Collaborate with leadership on launches and announcements as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth or demand generation roles within B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven experience owning inbound pipeline with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with funnel metrics.
- Highly autonomous, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating without heavy structure.
- Experience marketing technical or complex products is strongly preferred.
