About the role
- Support the recruitment and admissions operations for MLT’s MBA Prep and MBA Professional Development (PD) programs
- Manage day-to-day execution of outreach campaigns, application processing, data reporting, and candidate engagement
- Ensure a seamless experience for prospective Fellows and support program goals around access, yield, and fit
- Collaborate closely with the MBA Prep and MBA PD program teams, coaches, and the Tech team
- Bring a detail-oriented, data-driven, and candidate-focused approach to the recruitment and admissions process
- Collect, analyze, and report on recruitment and admissions data to inform strategy and improve outcomes
- Facilitate the application review process, including pre-screening and organizing application materials
- Plan and manage online recruitment events and represent MLT at virtual and in-person fairs
- Travel up to 20% to support MBA Prep and MBA PD recruitment and events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, higher education, or related operational roles
- Strong experience managing communication campaigns and working with CRM/email platforms
- Comfort with data collection, analysis, and reporting for performance improvement
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to represent MLT effectively to prospective applicants and partners
- Proficiency with admissions platforms (e.g., SM Apply) and virtual event tools
