• Conducting prospect and donor research to support tailored engagement materials, donor profiles, and philanthropic briefings.
• Preparing and coordinating donor-facing materials, such as presentations, pledge letters, and personalized stewardship deliverables.
• Ensuring accurate and timely data management in Salesforce, including updates to donor profiles, opportunities, payment records, and documentation.
• Supporting annual giving efforts by managing timely acknowledgments and donor stewardship communications.
• Assisting the Finance team with audit support, including invoicing, monthly reconciliation, and past-due payment tracking.
• Coordinating Advancement’s internal event invitation process and supporting cross-functional collaboration for MLT program events and team meetings.
• Maintaining and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for gift processing, quality assurance, and data operations.
• Supporting charity rating submissions and maintaining third-party records to strengthen MLT’s philanthropic profile.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
