Requirements
- 1+ years of successful talent acquisition experience.
- Masterful research and sourcing skills, including expertise in online sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong connections.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Thrive in a self-directed environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in one of the following languages: German, Swedish or Dutch (both written and verbal), with professional fluency in English.
