About the role

  • Implement and manage tracking, tagging, and analytics (GA4, GTM, HubSpot events) to ensure high-quality marketing data
  • Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate insights to business leaders
  • Analyze marketing, website, and application data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Development teams to answer ad-hoc data questions and support decision-making
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive growth
  • Practical, hands-on role within Aurora Live by Management Events (B2B growth partner)

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing analytics (GA4, GTM, HubSpot)
  • Solid skills in SQL
  • Data visualization experience (Looker, Data Studio, Tableau, or similar)
  • Statistical reasoning and analytical mindset
  • 2–5 years in marketing analytics, data analytics, or related roles
  • Ability to evaluate data quality, verify assumptions, and extract meaningful insights
  • Bonus: SEO & campaign performance tracking
  • Bonus: Scripting in Python/R for data manipulation
  • Bonus: Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier)
