About the role
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes
- Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Schedule in-person interviews and manage calendar coordination for candidates and hiring managers
- Support the planning, logistics, and execution of in-person hiring events and career fairs
- Assist with new-hire onboarding activities, including preparing documentation and maintaining accurate employee files
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruiting teams as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
