About the role
- Develop and manage the editorial/content calendar across all social media channels.
- Independently produce and edit content: video, photo, and graphics.
- Proactively build and maintain the community: comments, DMs, and integration of user-generated content (UGC).
- Prepare, edit, and produce podcasts, including speaker coordination and support.
- Regularly analyze content performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in social media and content creation.
- Degree or vocational training in media, communications, or marketing preferred.
- Deep understanding of major platforms — knowledge of algorithms and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Independent, results-oriented working style.
- Confident use of video editing and content-planning tools.
