About the role
- Independently scale Meta campaigns with a focus on profitable new-customer acquisition
- Analyze the entire funnel from first ad click to checkout and optimize accordingly
- Develop and optimize scalable direct-response funnels
- Strategically evolve the creative strategy
- Collaborate with direct response copywriters, creative strategists, and CRO specialists
- Drive performance with data using CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics
- Conduct market, competitor, and U.S. research to identify performance triggers early
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising (Meta)
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce (ideally in supplements, beauty, or cosmetics)
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing and performance funnels
- Ability to derive concrete hypotheses and tests from data
- Good knowledge of static ads and classic UGC as well as long-form formats such as VSLs
- Experience conceiving or strategically co-developing performance creatives
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent in German and English
