About the role
- Independently scale and manage our paid social campaigns on Meta with a focus on new customer acquisition for mammaly
- Continuously optimize the entire funnel — from ad click through landing page to checkout — based on data-driven learnings
- Develop, test, and optimize high-performance creatives (especially video & UGC)
- Work closely with the Creative & Content team, direct response copywriters, and CRO specialists
- Conduct competitive market and creative analyses, benchmarking, and trend research
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising (Meta)
- Expertise in direct response marketing for D2C subscriptions or e-commerce
- Very strong analytical skills and confident handling of performance data (e.g., CAC, ROAS, LTV)
- Experience in conceptualizing and producing performance creatives (video & UGC)
- Ability to work efficiently with the creative team and designers
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- Team-oriented with clear, transparent communication
- Fluent in German and English
