About the role

  • Play a key role in the smooth processing of customer orders from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Sales Development, Customer Success, Business Systems, and Business Intelligence.
  • Oversee the entire order management process.
  • Ensure all customer information is accurately maintained in the CRM system.
  • Review and set up sales orders to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Track the status of customer orders and support clients through fulfillment and renewal.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and issue resolution with global support teams.
  • Guarantee timely delivery of invoices and software licenses to customers.

Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in order management, operations, or revenue operations, ideally in SaaS or tech environments.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, billing, and subscription management.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Zuora, Salesforce, and NetSuite, CPQ is a plus).
  • Degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus).
