About the role
- Play a key role in the smooth processing of customer orders from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Sales Development, Customer Success, Business Systems, and Business Intelligence.
- Oversee the entire order management process.
- Ensure all customer information is accurately maintained in the CRM system.
- Review and set up sales orders to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Track the status of customer orders and support clients through fulfillment and renewal.
- Facilitate seamless communication and issue resolution with global support teams.
- Guarantee timely delivery of invoices and software licenses to customers.
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in order management, operations, or revenue operations, ideally in SaaS or tech environments.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, billing, and subscription management.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Zuora, Salesforce, and NetSuite, CPQ is a plus).
- Degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
