• Technical point of contact for customers and partners during implementation projects
• Elicit requirements and define integration approaches in workshops
• Design and implement end-to-end architectures to integrate Maltego into customer systems and third-party components
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security standards in high-security or regulated environments
• Document interfaces and specifications to ensure seamless interoperability
• Install and configure Maltego solutions in enterprise and public-sector environments
• Develop integrations and transforms in Python, based on RESTful APIs, databases, and other data sources
• Collaborate with internal development, engineering, and product teams to implement customer-specific features
• Manage technical implementation including configuration, testing, and deployment
• Provide technical support during pilot phases and rollouts
• Identify integration opportunities to optimize investigative workflows
• Act as the interface between customers and internal teams to feed customer feedback into product improvements

• Maintain and enhance Ansible playbooks and roles
• Manage AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation
• Operate and scale Kubernetes clusters with KEDA-based event-driven autoscaling
• Administer sharded MongoDB clusters and Elasticsearch databases
• Manage RabbitMQ and Redis clusters
• Maintain and improve monitoring stack (Nagios, ELK, CloudWatch, PagerDuty)
• Implement and enforce security controls (SELinux, FIPS compliance, OSSEC, WAF)
• Develop automation scripts in Python and Bash for operational tasks
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Atlassian Bamboo/GitHub Actions
• Participate in on-call rotation for production infrastructure support
• Create and maintain baseline AMIs for rapid environment provisioning
