About the role

  • Own and optimize our current MarTech stack (Salesforce, Pardot), and support evaluation of new tools as our tech stack evolves
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance, lead funnel metrics, and customer conversion across freemium, webshop, and enterprise touchpoints, with a particular focus on supporting product-led growth (PLG) motions as they apply to Maltego’s marketing and sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage scoring models, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle workflows based on user behavior and channel
  • Automate campaign assets such as email nurtures, landing pages, forms, and tracking links
  • Implement and enforce data governance best practices, including GDPR compliance and lead source attribution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps and Sales to improve lead handoff, pipeline acceleration, and marketing ROI
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and process alignment between Marketing and Sales

Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles in B2B SaaS
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and Pardot (other CRM/Marketing Automation platforms is a plus)
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle tracking, attribution, and lead scoring
  • Experience building dashboards and performance reports using tools like Salesforce, Looker Studio, or similar
  • Comfort working with data (Excel, basic SQL, or analytics platforms) to derive insights
  • Self-starter with a builder mindset—eager to establish processes and systems from scratch.
