About the role
- Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices accurately and promptly, verify invoiced details, and resolve discrepancies.
- General Ledger: Post journal entries and support monthly closing processes, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and assist in preparing reports for audits.
- Support the Finance team with ad-hoc GL tasks and process improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Knowledge of German GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite is a plus) and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
