About the role
- Identify and engage top talent through multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and the company careers site.
- Conduct market research to map talent pools and understand industry trends to improve sourcing strategies.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to understand hiring needs and align sourcing approaches accordingly.
- Screen and assess potential candidates to ensure a strong fit before handing them over to Talent Acquisition Managers.
- Act as a primary brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate receives timely feedback and a smooth transition from initial contact to the TA Manager interview.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sourcing activities.
- Manage end-to-end candidate scheduling, coordinating interview loops between candidates and hiring teams to deliver a seamless, professional interview experience.
- Organize and participate in events such as job fairs, career fairs, and industry forums to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program and available for a full-time, six-month internship starting ASAP.
- Highly organized, rigorous, and eager to learn in a dynamic, supportive environment.
- Energetic with excellent communication skills; comfortable on phone and video calls.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is a plus.
- Native-level French and fluent English; comfortable working in an international environment.
