About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing new customers.
  • Target the backbone of the German economy: the Mittelstand and High-Growth companies (typically 500 - 2,000 FTEs).
  • Help them accelerate their digital transformation by accessing the best freelance talent in Europe.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-Levels and HR Directors, combining execution rigor with strategic business acumen.

Requirements

  • Native level in German and strong English proficiency to navigate our international European context.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, in a BDR (cold calls) and an AE (full cycle) position
  • Experience in a full sales cycle, including prospecting
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders (C-level or decision-makers)
  • Strong discipline in MEDDIC fundamentals and data-driven CRM management.
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
  • Highly driven and results-oriented, with a proven track record of overachieving sales targets
  • Ownership, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset
