About the role

  • The Sourcing or Project Partnering team plays a central role at Malt and must have an in-depth understanding of freelancers’ professions, as well as the ability to challenge clients.
  • Your role will be to qualify clients’ needs and identify the freelancer profiles that best match them. Recruitment consultants specialize in job categories (IT, Digital, Consulting, etc.) and work on a portfolio of large-account clients alongside Key Account Managers responsible for account openings.
  • You will be in daily contact with Sales, collaborating on assignments, and acting as the point of contact for engagements to manage complex requests that clients cannot handle independently.
  • Source and contact freelancers using your expert knowledge of the Malt algorithm and associated best practices.
  • Provide large accounts with freelancers as quickly as possible using our algorithm. Knowledge of Vendor Management Systems is a plus.
  • Participate in client meetings to help define needs (supporting the client in specifying their external resource requirements).
  • Prepare responses and commercial proposals: coordinate with freelancers and network experts, compose and format proposals, support project follow-up, and prepare client presentations.
  • Participate in customer meetings with key accounts alongside the sales team.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects with other company departments (Product/Tech, Marketing, HR).

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent and available for a full-time, 6-month internship starting January 2026.
  • Service-oriented mindset and enjoyment of interacting with freelancers in our community.
  • Ready to take on challenges and able to convey your energy through enthusiasm and proactivity.
  • Native-level French and a good command of English.
