Customer Support

• First point of contact for users with questions about the platform, via email or chat
• Ensure guideline-compliant behavior and moderate/review uploaded content
• Analyze technical and content-related inquiries and work closely with the technical team
• Collect and document feedback from users and creators to continuously improve the platform
• Develop and optimize support materials such as FAQs, tutorials, and guides
• Foster and maintain communication within the creator community and support creators in using the platform

Full-stack Engineer

• Development and maintenance of web applications using modern technologies (React, NestJS, MongoDB, ...)
• Troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement of existing applications and internal tools
• Management of our serverless infrastructure in GCP
• Collaboration with the development team to plan and implement new features
