Key responsibilities & impact

Full ownership of features from concept through implementation and deployment to ongoing operations
Work across the entire stack with no strict separation between frontend, backend and infrastructure
Consider, clean up and improve existing systems rather than just processing tickets
Structure and maintain the evolved codebase so that AI agents reliably produce good code

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Senior Product Engineer or in a comparable engineering role
You care about clean code and work thoroughly and reliably
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, NestJS, Node, React, MongoDB and GCP
Experience with Terraform and GCP
Willingness to help maintain the existing infrastructure together with the team; cloud expertise is not strictly required
Ability to take responsibility, work independently and see tasks through to completion
Direct and honest communication and willingness to give and receive clear feedback
Understanding of the opportunities and risks of AI in software development and beyond
Practical application of Context and Skills in day-to-day development
Enjoy staying technologically up to date and experimenting with new technologies and concepts
