About the role

  • Own the roadmap and execution of CRM and AI-driven program initiatives, including campaign management and intelligence tools
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across product, operations, and policy stakeholders
  • Translate feedback from global users into prioritized product and system enhancements
  • Lead reporting on program performance, including progress, risks, and success metrics
  • Scale adoption of tools, systems, and workflows across distributed teams
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, CRM, and automation for greater efficiency and impact
  • Develop and maintain playbooks, frameworks, and processes to enable consistent execution across regions
  • Ensure successful rollout and ongoing optimization of program infrastructure

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, public policy, marketing, or related fields
  • Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and leadership levels
  • Experience working across technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience with CRM systems, AI tools, or campaign infrastructure is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable systems, processes, or operational frameworks
  • High level of ownership, integrity, and collaboration.
