About the role
- Own and exceed performance targets (KPIs) across an assigned territory
- Identify, prospect, and engage new hotel and hospitality partners through research, outreach, and networking
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through deal closure and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, including independent properties and regional chains
- Clearly communicate value propositions through calls, email, and in-person meetings
- Drive new market launches by sourcing supply and coordinating cross-functional efforts
- Support onboarding and activation of new partners to ensure successful launch
- Develop scalable strategies to grow inventory and improve partner performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize operations and partner success
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (startup or tech preferred)
- Hospitality, travel, or marketplace experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycles and consistently meet or exceed targets
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Strategic thinker who can balance execution with long-term planning
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
