Own and nurture relationships with service providers, ensuring strong engagement and retention
Conduct regular client interactions (including video calls) to support success and growth initiatives
Source and onboard new service providers by leveraging local networks and partnerships
Plan and execute monthly in-person events to drive engagement, community building, and business growth
Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and local dynamics to inform strategy
Educate partners on product updates and platform changes, and provide feedback to internal teams
Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency
Operate effectively in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities and timelines

Requirements

4–6+ years of experience in operations, account management, sales, or a related field
Proven success working in high-growth or fast-paced environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into action
Proficiency with Google Sheets (SQL experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable in client-facing environments and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong time management and ability to prioritize in ambiguous environments
Experience planning and executing events or community-based initiatives is highly preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
Experience in hospitality, travel, or marketplace platforms is a strong plus
Fluency in both English and Spanish (read, write, speak) is required
