Account Executive

• Drive expansion revenue within existing customer accounts by identifying, developing, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Research customer organizations, stakeholders, and purchasing history to build informed expansion strategies.
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing and internal teams to align on commercial account priorities, value realization, renewals, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, to support long-term growth.

• Monitor customer feedback and partner with Customer Success to address issues and ensure positive outcomes.

• Lead consulting, solutioning and configuration for full-cycle implementation projects from discovery through deployment
• Architect complex workflow automation and approval matrixes

• Manage critical product areas including Malbek AI/Gen AI, Contract Collaboration, and Malbek KLIX
• Analyze AI and CLM market trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to inform product direction
• Translate customer and prospect/market needs into clear product goals and prioritized features
• Work closely with a globally dispersed team across time zones from a variety of disciplines
• Build and communicate roadmaps across internal and external stakeholders
• Navigate shifting priorities and balance business demands effectively
• Drive internal AI adoption to help teammates gain efficiency and productivity
• Launch and maintain new GenAI agents in the market to solve real-world challenges
• Craft UX Designs and clickable prototypes or mocks to communicate product vision to engineering
• Own backlog refinement, requirement definition, and alignment to product vision
