About the role
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs covering sales methodologies, objection handling, and product knowledge for internal certification
- Own the onboarding process for new sales hires using the LMS and role-specific trainings/certifications
- Act as subject matter expert on how Makersite should be sold to support new and experienced team members
- Collaborate with leaders to create, update, and maintain training materials, playbooks, and certification programs
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate product positioning and messaging into sales-ready content and training modules
- Conduct regular skills assessments to identify gaps and create targeted development plans
- Provide ongoing coaching, workshops, and refresher sessions for the sales team
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and tools in sales enablement
- Ensure all training and enablement content is delivered in clear, professional English
Requirements
- Proven background in Enterprise SaaS sales training with demonstrated impact on sales team performance
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Academic background in IT or related field (or experience with complex, technical products)
- Hands-on experience administering LMS/e-learning platforms and using authoring tools
- Direct sales experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS with solid understanding of the sales cycle
- Strong storytelling ability and excellent communication skills
- Ensure all training and enablement content is delivered in clear, professional English
- Residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU
- Ideally located in Berlin with occasional office visits
- Permanent employment contract regardless of location
