• Take ultimate responsibility for the performance of all campaigns delivered by the offshore team, including pacing, delivery in full, and optimisation against agreed KPIs.
• Translate the strategy set by the client team into clear, actionable delivery plans for the activation team.
• Personally manage or directly support campaign setup, activation and optimisation in-platform where required, particularly for complex, high-priority or new-format campaigns.
• Proactively identify challenges in setup and delivery and feed them back to the client team.
• Identify performance issues proactively and lead troubleshooting and resolution.
• Report on campaign and team performance to leadership on a regular basis.
• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end process for campaign setup, activation and delivery.
• Establish a robust QA framework to catch errors before they affect delivery or client-facing reporting, with particular focus on the additional risk created by a fully remote working model.
• Develop clear, written standard operating procedures and best practice documentation that enable consistent delivery regardless of who on the team is executing.
• Implement structured handover, escalation and sign-off processes appropriate to a distributed team operating across time zones.
• Ensure all platform, billing and compliance processes are followed accurately and consistently.
• Recruit, manage, mentor and develop Activation Specialists and Analysts, setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback.
• Build a strong, accountable team culture suited to remote working, with clear expectations on communication, availability and ownership.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and training for the offshore team as it scales.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support individual development plans.
• Work closely with the client team to ensure full alignment between strategy and delivery.
• Provide a clear escalation point between the offshore team and leadership.

Operations Director

Video Editor

• Own the entire process and production of video content, from receiving scripts and reviewing raw footage to final editing, colour grading, and exporting for publishing.
• Oversee the quality and progress of all video editing, ensuring that content is engaging, properly paced, and visually polished for maximum impact on social media.
• Create dynamic and compelling visual effects, transitions, and animations, leveraging expertise in Adobe After Effects to enhance video features and formats.
• Monitor the quality of audio and video engineering and ensure all outgoing video content is accurately specced and optimised for the various social platforms it is published on.
• Review scripts and briefs, providing creative input and translating concepts into a full-fledged video timeline or storyboard to ensure alignment with the initial vision.
• Ensure the client’s brand guidelines and tone of voice are followed closely and remain consistent across all video content.
• Stay on top of global and local editing and visual trends, proactively sharing these insights to help the team experiment and develop new innovative ways of telling the client’s brand story.

Data Engineer

• Architect, scale and maintain the front-end UX and backend data pipeline for a unified data engine, automating real-time ingestion from DSPs, social networks and eCommerce platforms.
• Code, train and deploy machine learning models that monitor product consumption velocity, flag early-stage trend spikes, and calculate real-time success probabilities for upcoming releases.
• Build localised data tokenisation and anonymisation filters into the pipeline to ensure compliance with cross-border data regulations when extracting data from regulated markets.
• Use modern AI coding assistants to rapidly build and deploy front-end interfaces and interactive dashboards for non-technical marketing teams to monitor campaign performance.
• Build and optimise a natural-language AI briefing intake form, enabling automated gatekeeping of incomplete or non-compliant briefs alongside AI-generated brief enhancements from historical campaign data.
• Collaborate with Paid Media on automated bulk CSV configuration macros to accelerate ad deployment for strong-performing campaigns, and with Creative teams on bulk Gen AI script generation for proven creative assets.

Advanced Marketing AI, Data Engineer

Strategy

• Oversee the rollout of a generative AI brief-intake tool, ensuring it works effectively for non-data marketing stakeholders and reduces manual strategic workload.
• Design and deliver scalable, templated insights from client briefs using qualitative and quantitative tools, equipping Creative, Commerce and Paid teams with clear audience knowledge.
• Build scalable post-campaign audience engagement reports that measure effectiveness and surface opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Use a growing library of engagement reports and predictive modelling to synthesise campaign results (streams/sales) into actionable, repeatable marketing blueprints.
• Partner closely with data engineering to feed behavioural inputs and blueprints into a unified data engine, refining algorithmic trend predictions and AI briefing recommendations.
• Help establish a predictive viability tool to assess a track's potential success across multiple markets ahead of campaign launch and spend approval.
• Deliver deep-dive market intelligence on regional consumer behaviour and opportunities to support senior leadership decision-making.

Audience Strategy Lead

• Monitor and troubleshoot daily data ingestion routines for the unified data engine, ensuring real-time feeds from DSPs, social networks, and eCommerce platforms run without interruption.
• Run, evaluate and test existing machine learning models to track product consumption velocity, supporting validation of early-stage trend spikes and real-time success probabilities.
• Assist with routine technical testing of data pipelines to confirm localised data tokenisation and anonymisation filters are functioning correctly under relevant regional data protection regulations.
• Update, refine and manage front-end interfaces and interactive dashboards, keeping them functional and accessible for non-technical marketing teams.
• Manage daily intake spillover from the natural-language AI briefing form, resolving formatting gaps and mapping historical campaign data into new briefs.
• Execute automated bulk CSV configuration macros to accelerate ad deployments for the Paid Media team, and prompt-tune Gen AI scripts to support bulk creative asset generation.

Junior Marketing AI, Data Engineer

• Handle the full daily campaign setup, asset upload and audience configuration workload across all major self-service advertising networks.
• Collaborate with agency partners to verify tracking pixels, custom conversion tags and attribution scripts across platforms, ensuring accurate performance capture.
• Deploy automated spreadsheets and text configuration macros to rapidly upload, launch and update large volumes of multi-lingual ad variations.
• Run continuous ad account quality checks, auditing targeting parameters, correcting metadata errors, and adjusting scheduling variables.
• Coordinate with upstream creative and content teams to pull processed creative assets seamlessly into live ad sets.

• Manage the end-to-end project delivery of social media campaigns across APAC, including timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
