About the role
- Communicate with business and technology stakeholders and identify and assess requirements and critical dependencies
- Elicitation of requirements (collect, analyse and document requirements)
- Functionality design (including modelling of business processes, interface prototypes, and design of integration solutions)
- Analyse partner APIs and build schemes for integration via APIs
- Support your team members in problem-solving activities to remove blockers and complete agreed-upon work.
- Create user stories/tasks for dev/QA/design teams
- Engage in and facilitate ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, planning, prioritisation, story kick-offs, etc.
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in the field of business/system analysis
- Experience in transaction processing architecture and card issuing product design of information systems
- Experience in delivering customer-focused card products.
- Knowledge of processing software methodologies
- Ability to gather and analyse requirements from English-speaking customers, with solid communication skills in English
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Nice-to-have acquaintance with FinTech or Banking products and services is preferred.
- Outstanding project and team management skills.
- Experience with tools such as MIRO, Figma, JIRA, Confluence, Google GSuite
