About the role
- Partner with business leaders, finance, sales, and operations to identify KPI needs and reporting gaps.
- Provide consultative support for business improvement initiatives through data analysis, dashboard creation, maintenance, and improvements.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussion to align reporting objectives with business goals.
- Collaborate with IT and data governance teams to ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
- Deliver user training and technical guidance to ensure effective use of GrowBI tools.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to translate analytical insights into actionable strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience with BI software, preferably Grow BI.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and BI architecture.
- Ability to use AI tools to build SQL queries (or knowledge of SQL)
- Familiarity with API integrations between ERP and third-party applications.
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, finance, data analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
