Product Manager

• Own the full product lifecycle in Turkey – set strategy, prioritise features, write PRDs and deliver outcomes for accounts, cards, bank-transfers, QR payments, P2P and cross-border rails.
• Build and manage foreign-currency capabilities (USD, GBP, EUR) – design robust routing, pricing and FX flows, coordinate with Treasury, and ensure smooth cross-border payment corridors.
• Lead wallet and P2P features – design send/receive between users, friend-lists, “split-the-bill” flows, manage limits, complaints & disputes, and deliver a friction-free UX for mass-market adoption.
• Deliver bill-pay plus top-up / cash-in / cash-out solutions – integrate billers and payables, partner with cash-agents/kiosks/banks, and ensure fast, low-cost money flows in and out of the system.
• Define and execute local-rails strategy and rollout – evaluate, prioritise and implement country-specific schemes (e.g., instant EFT/FAST, QR) while navigating regulatory, technical and operational constraints to achieve reliable instant payments.
• Own pricing and monetisation logic – set rates, define pricing levers by product and corridor, monitor unit economics, experiment and iterate to hit growth and margin targets.
• Partner with Compliance & Ops on fraud and financial-crime controls – define AML/KYC thresholds, monitor for suspicious flows and build a reporting framework that supports regulatory expectations.
• Drive analytics & insight – create dashboards in Metabase/SQL, define core KPIs and counter-metrics, run qualitative and quantitative research, and use data to guide prioritisation and product decisions.
• Build and lead a local product team – recruit, coach and manage 2-3 product professionals (PMs, analyst), foster a rapid-feedback and discovery culture, and embed a “build fast, learn fast” mindset.

Lead Product Manager

Account Manager

• Maintain and update ICT, DORA, and Vendor registers across at least two Altery entities.
• Ensure all partnership-related registries, policies, and procedures are up to date and compliant.
• Conduct vendor due diligence, risk assessments, and documentation reviews.

• Prepare regular management information (MI) reports.

Financial Crime

• Conduct in-depth reviews of new and existing customers, assessing ownership structures, business models, and sources of wealth/funds.
• Support and mentor junior analysts by sharing knowledge, offering feedback, and ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of AML, KYC, and financial crime regulations, ensuring all processes meet internal policy and external requirements.
• Recognize and escalate potential red flags, sanctions exposure, and high-risk activities during onboarding and periodic reviews.
• Contribute to improving KYC procedures, tools, and review quality by identifying process gaps, proposing practical enhancements, and helping to implement best practices.
• Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to resolve complex cases and support regulatory readiness.

Senior KYC Analyst

• Build up a process and own the entire customer feedback loop - from collection through analysis to roadmap integration.
• Constantly review competitive solutions, identifying opportunities, collecting best practices and building market intelligence.
• Update and maintain product roadmap documentation, ensuring clear up-to-date communication across teams.
• Use AI tools to rapidly prototype solutions, validate customer problems and synthesise customer feedback.

Junior Product Manager

Business Analyst

• Communicate with business and technology stakeholders and identify and assess requirements and critical dependencies

Senior .Net Developer

• Support the MLRO: assist in developing and maintaining AFC policies, procedures, and controls and provide oversight on AFC compliance matters
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports and responses and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the NCA when required
• Engage with regulators and authorities including the FCA and NCA and collaborate with law enforcement in AML investigations
• Participate in compliance risk assessments and contribute to AML policy development and implementation
• Monitor and evaluate processes and procedures to align with the company's risk management framework and utilise data to assess effectiveness of controls
• Draft internal reports (Management Information for Group Financial Crime Committee, Business-Wide Risk Assessment, regular management meeting packs)

Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer

• Establish and maintain a compliance programme aligned to the AML/CFT Law and SSF/CNAD/BCR rules
• Keep the Firm continuously compliant with registration, ongoing obligations, and prudential/conduct expectations
• Act as primary contact with SSF/CNAD (and BCR where applicable); prepare and submit required compliance/AML returns and ad-hoc notifications
• File STR/SARs to El Salvador’s Unidad de Investigación Financiera (UIF) via goAML, ensuring confidentiality and on-time submission
• Maintain robust controls for AML/CFT, KYC/KYB, ongoing monitoring, and STR/SAR escalation
• Screen against UN sanctions lists (and risk-based OFAC/HMT/EU where relevant)
• Map and audit KYC systems/controls end-to-end; embed FATF and MENAFATF recommendations and recognised guidance (e.g., Wolfsberg, Egmont)

Risk

• Establish and maintain a proportionate, risk-based framework aligned to Salvadoran regulators (SSF/CNAD/BCR) and international standards (ISO 31000/COSO).
• Define the risk taxonomy, Risk Appetite Statement, limits, and governance (Board/Risk Committee reporting).
• Serve as the primary contact on risk topics with SSF/CNAD/BCR and support exams and information requests in coordination with Compliance/Legal.
• Independently challenge the MLRO/Compliance on AML/CFT, sanctions (TFS), KYC/KYB, monitoring quality, SAR/STR escalation pathways, screening coverage, and control effectiveness.
• Run RCSA and control testing, capture incidents/loss events, maintain risk registers, monitor KRIs, and track issues/remediation to closure.
• Map important business services and third-party dependencies; set impact tolerances; oversee BCP/DR and outsourcing/TPRM (due diligence, SLAs, audit rights, exit/contingency plans).
• Lead product/change risk assessments across payments/crypto, custody/flow, market/price/FX, liquidity/settlement, technology/cyber and data protection, including scenario testing.
• Maintain clear escalation routes to the CEO/Board for material risk events or limit breaches and table action plans with owners and verification.
• Deliver targeted training on risk appetite, incident reporting, outsourcing, and operational resilience; promote a speak-up, risk-aware culture.
• Draft, review, and update Risk Management Framework, Operational Risk Policy, Outsourcing/TPRM Policy, Incident & Issues Management, and BCP/DR standards.
• Produce timely decision-ready risk dashboards/heatmaps and quarterly Board packs; maintain audit-ready evidence of assessments, reviews, and decisions.

• Integration of new data sources into the SOC, including AWS, AI platforms, and crypto systems.
• Development and refinement of detection rules for identifying suspicious activity in logs.
