Trainer

• Design and deliver Infor M3 training curricula for manufacturing, planning, inventory, procurement, and finance end users
• Build training materials, job aids, process guides, and e-learning content tailored to M3 workflows
• Lead classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions for new hires and existing staff
• Partner with functional consultants and business process owners to align training with configured M3 processes
• Support go-live readiness, post-go-live reinforcement, and ongoing user adoption
• Assess training effectiveness and adjust materials based on user feedback and system changes
• Maintain a training environment and test data reflecting current M3 configuration
• Document standard operating procedures and best practices for M3 users
