About the role
- Lead the development of custom SharePoint solutions, integrations, and workflows
- Work closely with stakeholders and designers to redesign and optimize internal corporate intranet
- Create and customize web parts, build Power Platform workflows and forms
- Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems
- Establish developer best practices and governance policies
- Mentor junior developers and serve as the go-to technical expert for SharePoint solutions
- Shape the intranet’s information architecture and ensure compliance with accessibility and security requirements
Requirements
- 7+ years of SharePoint development (Online and On-Premise)
- Proficient in SPFx, C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft 365
- Strong understanding of information architecture and content management
- Ability to interpret UX/UI elements from Figma into SharePoint
- Effective communicator with leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience in regulated environments
