About the role
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Design and develop the architecture for complex Multi-Agent Systems (MAS).
- Create and implement the core logic for specialized AI agents.
- Code and maintain the communication layer (the MCP protocol).
- Develop robust test suites to simulate interaction scenarios.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing Agent/LLM Architectures.
- Strong English communication skills (C1 or C2).
- Strong self-management capabilities.
- Proactive mindset.
- Knowledge of or practical experience with MCP (Multi-Agent Coordination/Planning) or agent-based system development (Agentic).
