About the role
- Design, test, and deploy internal chatbots and AI agents to streamline daily operations.
- Use state of the art technology to automate processes and build chatbots such as n8n, OpenAI, LangChain, Notion, JIRA, Miro etc.
- Identify use cases where AI can automate repetitive tasks or enhance decision-making.
- Monitor the performance of implemented AI tools and iterate for better accuracy, speed, and user experience.
- Act as the communication bridge between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams (developers, AI engineers).
Requirements
- Analytical Mindset: Degree in Engineering, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or any analytics-related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, LangChain, LangSmith, etc).
- Experienced individuals, fresh graduates and even students are welcome to apply.
