About the role

  • Build and QA responsive, optimized emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Ensure consistency across devices, inboxes, and brand standards
  • Develop modular, reusable templates
  • Manage email deployment and performance tracking
  • Design and optimize customer journeys
  • Develop automations, data extensions, and scalable data structures
  • Write SQL queries for segmentation and audience creation
  • Use AMPscript and SSJS for personalization and dynamic content
  • Maintain Marketing Cloud Connect
  • Troubleshoot issues across emails, journeys, and data flows
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and CRM teams
  • Apply AI-driven solutions to improve processes

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder)
  • Experience building trigger-based customer journeys
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email
  • Working knowledge of AMP script and SQL
  • Experience managing end-to-end email execution
  • Familiarity with email compliance and accessibility standards (CASL)
  • Ability to analyze email performance metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and QA discipline
  • Strong problem-solving skills
