  • balance fresh, culturally aware creative with practical constraints like timelines, budgets, and compliance

  • lead, mentor, and inspire designers through clear briefs and feedback

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a senior creative role such as Junior ACD or equivalent
  • Strong design fundamentals including typography, layout, systems thinking, and visual hierarchy
  • Proven experience designing and launching websites, including UX, visual design, and collaboration with developers
  • Hands-on expertise in video and motion, including concepting, storyboarding, editing, and overseeing post-production for brand and digital-first content
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, plus social-first video tools such as Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut
  • Strong working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools, with hands-on experience using platforms such as Runway, NanoBanana, Midjourney, Sora, DALL·E, Firefly, or similar tools for concepting, design exploration, video, and production acceleration
