- Restoration work when production equipment breaks down
- Planning and implementation of regular maintenance plans for production equipment
- Planning and installation of new equipment
- Preparation and management of investment approvals
- Planning and improvement of equipment layouts
- Create annual maintenance plan and execute it
- Asset management
- Predictive maintenance for existing equipment
- IMM new die installation & maintenance management
Requirements
- Basic PC skills
- Motivation to pursue improvement
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience in manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of production engineering
